共享账本权益
共享账本的创建和拥有权益跟 App 内登录账号绑定，不跟当前设备或 Apple ID 单独绑定。Basic 和 PlusAI 都可以作为账本拥有者（owner）创建共享账本。
- 可以把自己创建的本地账本开启为共享账本。
- 可以让共享账本在多设备之间同步。
- 可以邀请其他登录账号加入，并为成员设置协助者（editor）或查看者（viewer）角色。
- 可以在共享设置中查看成员、调整成员角色，并管理邀请入口。
加入别人共享账本的成员不需要自己也有 Basic。只要这个共享账本的拥有者（owner）仍然拥有有效的 Basic 或 PlusAI 会员，账本里的拥有者、协助者和查看者都可以继续同步，并按各自角色查看或编辑。
PlusAI 包含 Basic 的共享账本创建和同步权益，并额外解锁内置 AI 高级能力。PlusAI 会员创建的账本不会把 PlusAI 权益转给其他成员；每个用户能不能使用 Agent，仍然看当前登录账号自己的 PlusAI 状态。
共享账本的编辑权限
Basic 或 PlusAI 会员可以创建共享账本。一个本地账本开启共享或同步后，创建并同步这个账本的账号会成为账本拥有者（owner）。其他账号通过邀请加入时，拥有者会在分享设置里为对方选择协助者（editor）或查看者（viewer），之后也可以在共享设置里调整。
这些角色只针对当前共享账本，不是账号的全局身份：
owner
可以查看和编辑账本，也可以管理共享设置。
editor
可以查看和编辑账本内容。
viewer
只能查看账本，不能新增、修改、删除记录，也不能让 Agent 写入数据。
创建者会员失效后的表现
共享账本的远端协作能力依赖创建者账号的共享会员资格。如果创建者的 Basic 或 PlusAI 权限到期、失效、被撤销，或管理员删除该账号的会员数据：
- 该创建者拥有的共享账本会进入只读状态。
- 所有已存在成员仍可查看账本内容。
- owner、editor 和 viewer 都不能继续写入。
- 创建者恢复有效的共享会员资格后，账本可恢复编辑。
这是一条账本级规则，不是只限制创建者本人。
删除账号后的表现
当用户删除账号时，该用户拥有的共享账本会按账号删除流程归档。归档比只读更强：账本不再作为可继续协作的活跃账本使用，并会按归档入口展示。如果只是删除或清空会员数据，而不是删除账号，账本不会归档，只会降为只读。
Agent 使用边界
Agent 权限按当前登录用户判断，不按账本创建者判断：
- 当前用户是 Plus AI 会员时，才能使用
@Agent。 - 当前用户不是 Plus AI 会员时，不能使用
@Agent，即使账本由 Plus AI 会员创建。 - Agent 写入能力仍受账本角色限制。viewer 或只读账本不能让 Agent 修改数据。
- 如果账本只读，Agent 只能在允许的入口中做只读分析，不能新增、修改、删除记录。
共有ブックの特典
共有ブックを作成し所有する権限は、現在の端末や Apple ID ではなく、アプリ内でサインインしているアカウントに紐づきます。Basic と PlusAI のアカウントはどちらも、ブック所有者（owner）として共有ブックを作成できます。
- 自分が作成したローカルブックを共有ブックにできます。
- 共有ブックを複数の端末で同期できます。
- 他のサインイン済みアカウントを招待し、共同編集者（editor）または閲覧者（viewer）のロールを割り当てられます。
- 共有設定でメンバーを確認し、メンバーのロールを変更し、招待入口を管理できます。
他の人の共有ブックに参加するメンバーは、自分自身が Basic である必要はありません。共有ブックの所有者（owner）が有効な Basic または PlusAI メンバーである限り、そのブック内の所有者、共同編集者、閲覧者は同期を継続でき、それぞれのロールに従って閲覧または編集できます。
PlusAI には Basic の共有ブック作成と同期の特典が含まれ、さらに高度なアプリ内 AI が利用できます。PlusAI メンバーが作成したブックでも、PlusAI 特典が他のメンバーへ移ることはありません。Agent を使用できるかどうかは、現在サインインしているアカウント自身の PlusAI 状態で判断されます。
共有ブックの編集権限
Basic または PlusAI メンバーは共有ブックを作成できます。ローカルブックで共有または同期を有効にすると、そのブックを作成して同期したアカウントが所有者（owner）になります。他のアカウントは招待から参加するときにロールを持ちます。所有者が共有設定で共同編集者（editor）または閲覧者（viewer）を選び、あとから変更することもできます。
これらのロールは現在の共有ブック内だけに適用されるもので、アカウント全体の権限ではありません。
owner
ブックを閲覧、編集でき、共有設定も管理できます。
editor
ブックの内容を閲覧、編集できます。
viewer
閲覧のみ可能です。記録の追加、変更、削除や Agent による書き込みはできません。
作成者のメンバーシップが無効になった場合
共有ブックのリモート共同編集は、作成者アカウントの共有メンバーシップに依存します。作成者の Basic または PlusAI 権限が期限切れ、無効、取り消しになった場合、または管理者がそのアカウントのメンバーシップデータを削除した場合：
- その作成者が所有する共有ブックは読み取り専用になります。
- 既存メンバーは引き続き内容を閲覧できます。
- owner、editor、viewer のいずれも書き込みを続けられません。
- 作成者が有効な共有メンバーシップを回復すると、編集可能な状態に戻せます。
これはブック単位のルールであり、作成者本人だけを制限するものではありません。
アカウント削除後
ユーザーがアカウントを削除すると、そのユーザーが所有する共有ブックはアカウント削除フローに従ってアーカイブされます。アーカイブは読み取り専用より強い状態で、継続可能な共同編集ブックとして扱われません。メンバーシップデータだけを削除またはクリアした場合、ブックはアーカイブされず読み取り専用になります。
Agent の利用境界
Agent の利用可否は、ブック作成者ではなく現在サインインしているユーザーで判断します。
- 現在のユーザーが Plus AI メンバーの場合のみ
@Agentを使用できます。 - Plus AI ではないユーザーは、Plus AI メンバーが作成したブック内でも
@Agentを使用できません。 - Agent の書き込みはブック内ロールにも制限されます。viewer や読み取り専用ブックではデータを変更できません。
- ブックが読み取り専用の場合、Agent は対応している入口では読み取り専用の分析だけを行えます。記録の追加、変更、削除はできません。
Shared Book Benefits
The right to create and own shared books is tied to the signed-in app account, not separately to the current device or Apple ID. Both Basic and PlusAI accounts can create shared books as the book owner.
- Turn a local book you created into a shared book.
- Sync shared books across your devices.
- Invite other signed-in accounts and assign editor or viewer roles.
- Review members, change roles, and manage invitation entry points in sharing settings.
Members who join someone else's shared book do not need Basic themselves. As long as the shared-book owner still has an active Basic or PlusAI membership, owners, collaborators, and viewers in that book can continue syncing and can view or edit according to their roles.
PlusAI includes the Basic shared-book creation and sync benefits and additionally unlocks advanced in-app AI. A book created by a PlusAI member does not transfer PlusAI benefits to other members; whether a user can use Agent is still based on the current signed-in account's own PlusAI status.
Shared Book Editing Roles
Basic and PlusAI members can create shared books. When a local book is shared or sync is enabled, the account that creates and syncs that book becomes the book owner. Other accounts receive a role when they join through an invitation: the owner chooses collaborator or viewer in sharing settings, and can adjust those roles later.
These roles apply only inside the current shared book. They are not global account roles.
owner
Can view and edit the book, and can manage sharing settings.
editor
Can view and edit book content.
viewer
Can only view the book. Viewers cannot create, update, delete, or ask Agent to write data.
When The Creator Membership Becomes Inactive
Remote collaboration depends on the shared-book creator's sharing entitlement. If the creator's Basic or PlusAI access expires, becomes inactive, is revoked, or the creator's membership data is removed by an administrator:
- Shared books owned by that creator become read-only.
- Existing members can still view book content.
- Owner, editor, and viewer members cannot continue writing.
- Editing can be restored after the creator regains an active sharing entitlement.
This is a book-level rule, not a restriction that only applies to the creator.
When An Account Is Deleted
When a user deletes their account, shared books owned by that user follow the account deletion flow and are archived. Archive is stronger than read-only: the book is no longer treated as an active collaboration book. If only membership data is removed or cleared, and the account itself is not deleted, the book is not archived; it becomes read-only.
Agent Boundaries
Agent access is based on the current signed-in user, not the creator of the book.
- The current user must be a Plus AI member to use
@Agent. - A non-Plus AI user cannot use
@Agent, even in a book created by a Plus AI member. - Agent write actions are still limited by the user's book role. A viewer or read-only book cannot use Agent to modify data.
- If a book is read-only, Agent can only perform read-only analysis from supported entry points. It cannot create, update, or delete records.
