当你下载、安装、注册、登录、订阅、访问或使用酷喵记账，即表示你同意本服务条款以及配套的隐私政策。如果你不同意，请停止使用本服务。
如果你代表家庭、团队或其他成员使用共享账本，你应确保自己有权分享相关内容，并理解协作者可能看到你在共享账本中提交的数据。
2. 服务内容
酷喵记账提供本地账本、共享账本、记账记录、备注、图片附件、分类、统计、搜索、日历汇总、账本归档、邀请协作、协作者审批、订阅权益、AI Agent、图片识别、语音输入、推送通知、推广与账号删除等能力。
部分功能需要网络连接、系统权限、登录账号、有效会员、应用商店购买能力、Firebase、Cloudflare、Apple、Google 或你自行配置的 AI 服务端点。
我们可能持续改进、调整、暂停或移除部分功能。若变化会明显影响你的付费权益或数据处理方式，我们会尽合理努力提供说明。
3. 账号、年龄与安全
- 你应提供真实、可用、属于你或你有权使用的登录信息。
- 你应妥善保管设备、系统账号、Apple/Google 账号、邮箱、密码和自定义 AI Key。
- 你应对自己账号下的记账、共享、审批、删除、附件上传、AI 请求、邀请和订阅操作负责。
- 本服务不是面向儿童的产品。未满适用地区法定年龄的用户，应在监护人同意下使用。
- 如果你发现账号、共享账本或订阅状态异常，请尽快通过 App 内反馈或商店页面联系开发者。
4. 账本内容与用户责任
你保留对自己输入、上传或生成的账本内容的权利。为了提供同步、展示、备份、识别、AI、通知和协作功能，你授予我们在必要范围内处理、存储、传输、展示和转换这些内容的权限。
你应确保自己上传的文字、图片、附件和 AI 指令不侵犯他人权利，不包含违法、恶意、欺诈、骚扰、侵权、垃圾信息、恶意代码或你无权处理的数据。
酷喵记账是记账和协作工具，不是会计、审计、税务、法律、投资或财务顾问。统计、汇率、AI 识别和自动分类结果仅供参考，你应自行核对后再用于报销、报税、结算或其他正式用途。
5. 共享账本与协作规则
- 共享账本 owner 可以邀请成员、管理角色、配置审批策略、归档账本，并在权限允许时管理记账数据。
- editor 可以按账本设置新增、修改或删除自己的记账内容；在需审批模式下，相关写入需要 owner 审批后才会展示或生效。
- viewer 只能查看共享账本内容，不能写入、修改、删除、上传附件或提交记账变更。
- 备注、图片、附件和非记账信息的具体编辑权限以 App 当前实现和页面提示为准。
- 共享账本成员可以看到同一账本内的金额、备注、附件、成员、AI 结果和操作状态。请不要把不应被协作者看到的信息放入共享账本。
- 如果 owner 会员失效、账号被删除、账本被归档、成员被移除、网络不可用或后端异常，共享账本可能只读、延迟同步或暂时使用离线缓存状态。
6. AI、图片识别与自动化
- Plus AI 或 Agent 功能可能根据你的指令、账本上下文、成员、分类、交易记录、备注和图片生成建议或操作草稿。
- AI 输出可能错误、不完整或误解你的意图。你应在保存、审批、同步或对外使用前自行确认。
- 图片识别仅在你主动选择识别时处理相关图片；识别结果可能需要人工修正。
- 多人账本中，如果指令涉及成员姓名，App 可能要求匹配到真实成员后才继续执行。
- 如果你配置自定义 AI 接口，你确认自己有权使用该服务，并自行承担第三方服务的费用、限额、内容政策和隐私后果。
7. 会员、订阅、AI 请求额度与付款
- 会员价格、币种、试用、促销、续订、取消和退款，以 App Store 或 Google Play 在购买时展示的信息为准。
- iOS 购买通过 Apple App Store / StoreKit 处理；Android 购买如上线付费能力，将通过 Google Play Billing 处理。
- 订阅通常会自动续订，除非你在对应商店账号中按平台规则取消。删除 App 或删除账号不一定会自动取消订阅。
- Basic 通常用于共享协作和多设备同步；Plus AI 在此基础上提供内置 AI 高级能力。具体权益以 App 内会员中心展示为准。
- AI 请求额度、重置时间、消耗规则和限制可能按会员方案、风控、服务成本或模型能力调整。当前页面显示的规则优先于旧版本文案。
- 退款、撤销、账单争议和购买失败由对应商店平台处理；除非适用法律强制要求，我们不承诺额外退款。
8. 通知、离线与同步
通知用于协作审批、Agent 回复、共享账本状态或其他你允许的提醒。通知可能延迟、丢失或因系统设置、网络、平台限制而无法送达。
离线时，App 可能允许你基于上一次缓存状态继续查看或提交部分内容。重新联网后，内容可能需要重试、审批、冲突处理或被后端拒绝。请以最终同步后的状态为准。
9. 可接受使用
- 不得上传、生成或分享违法、侵权、骚扰、仇恨、欺诈、恶意代码、垃圾信息或违反平台政策的内容。
- 不得尝试绕过会员、审批、App Check、权限、速率限制或后端访问控制。
- 不得攻击、扫描、干扰、反向工程、批量抓取或滥用我们的服务、第三方服务或其他用户数据。
- 不得伪造邀请、冒充他人、恶意篡改共享账本，或故意破坏协作者的数据。
- 不得使用本服务处理你无权处理的他人敏感信息、支付凭证、身份材料或受法律特别保护的数据。
如果我们认为某些行为可能造成安全、法律、平台审核或服务风险，我们可以限制、暂停、删除相关内容或账号，并保留必要证据。
10. 第三方服务与链接
本服务依赖 Apple、Google、Firebase、Cloudflare、应用商店、AI 服务和其他第三方能力。第三方服务的可用性、价格、政策、隐私处理和内容规则由对应服务方负责。
App 或网页中可能包含邀请链接、公开页面、隐私/条款页面、账号删除页面或第三方登录/支付页面。你访问这些页面时也应遵守对应服务的条款。
11. 账号删除、终止与数据处理
你可以在 App 内或公开账号删除页面发起账号删除。删除后，登录身份和与你账号直接关联的活动服务数据会按隐私政策处理；共享账本、协作者缓存、日志、备份和平台交易记录可能按必要保留规则继续存在一段时间。
如果你违反本条款，或我们因安全、法律、平台审核、欺诈、滥用或技术原因必须采取措施，我们可以限制、暂停或终止你的账号或部分功能。
12. 知识产权
酷喵记账的应用、界面、图标、代码、品牌、文案、设计和服务能力属于我们或相关权利人。除非法律允许或我们明确授权，你不得复制、分发、出售、出租、反向工程或以其他方式滥用本服务。
你仍保留自己账本内容的权利，但你授权我们为提供服务、同步、显示、备份、识别、通知和排查问题而必要使用这些内容。
13. 服务可用性与免责声明
本服务按“现状”和“可用状态”提供。我们会努力保持稳定和安全，但不保证服务无错误、不中断、不丢失、完全准确或始终适合你的特定目的。
我们不保证 AI、图片识别、语音识别、自动分类、汇率、统计、同步、通知、商店订阅或第三方服务始终准确或可用。你应自行备份重要数据，并在关键场景中人工核对。
14. 责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本服务、第三方服务异常、网络问题、平台规则、用户误操作、共享成员行为、AI 误判或数据同步冲突导致的间接、偶然、特殊、惩罚性或后果性损失承担责任。
某些地区不允许排除或限制部分责任。本条款不会限制你根据适用消费者保护法律享有的强制权利。
15. 适用规则、争议与条款更新
本条款会在适用法律允许范围内解释和执行。你所在地的强制消费者保护、隐私和应用商店规则不受本条款影响。
如果服务功能、订阅、AI、第三方供应商、法律或平台审核要求变化，我们可能更新本条款。更新后继续使用本服务，即表示你接受更新后的条款。

- アカウント、共有帳簿、サブスクリプション状態に異常がある場合は、アプリ内フィードバックまたはストア掲載ページから速やかに開発者へ連絡してください。
4. 帳簿コンテンツとユーザー責任
あなたは入力、アップロード、生成した帳簿コンテンツに対する権利を保持します。同期、表示、バックアップ、認識、AI、通知、共同編集機能を提供するために必要な範囲で、当社がそれらのコンテンツを処理、保存、送信、表示、変換することを許可します。
アップロードするテキスト、画像、添付、AI 指示が他者の権利を侵害せず、違法、悪意、詐欺、嫌がらせ、権利侵害、スパム、悪意あるコード、または処理権限のないデータを含まないことを保証してください。
CoolMeowLedger は記帳とコラボレーションのツールであり、会計、監査、税務、法律、投資、財務アドバイザーではありません。集計、為替レート、AI 認識、自動分類結果は参考情報であり、精算、税務、決済、その他正式な用途では自ら確認してください。
5. 共有帳簿とコラボレーション規則
- 共有帳簿の owner は、メンバー招待、ロール管理、承認ポリシー設定、帳簿アーカイブ、権限の範囲内での記帳データ管理ができます。
- editor は帳簿設定に従い、自分の記帳内容を追加、編集、削除できます。承認必須モードでは、関連する書き込みは owner の承認後に表示または有効になります。
- viewer は共有帳簿の閲覧のみ可能で、書き込み、編集、削除、添付アップロード、記帳変更の提出はできません。
- メモ、画像、添付、非記帳情報の具体的な編集権限は、アプリの現在の実装と画面表示に従います。
- 共有帳簿メンバーは、同一帳簿内の金額、メモ、添付、メンバー、AI 結果、操作状態を見ることがあります。共同編集者に見せるべきでない情報を共有帳簿に入れないでください。
- owner の会員資格失効、アカウント削除、帳簿アーカイブ、メンバー削除、ネットワーク不可、バックエンド障害がある場合、共有帳簿は読み取り専用、同期遅延、または一時的なオフラインキャッシュ状態になることがあります。
6. AI、画像認識、自動処理
- Plus AI または Agent 機能は、あなたの指示、帳簿コンテキスト、メンバー、カテゴリ、取引記録、メモ、画像に基づき、提案または操作案を生成することがあります。
- AI 出力は誤り、不完全、または意図の誤解を含むことがあります。保存、承認、同期、外部利用の前に確認してください。
- 画像認識はあなたが能動的に選択した場合のみ関連画像を処理します。認識結果は手動修正が必要な場合があります。
- 複数人の帳簿で指示がメンバー名に言及する場合、アプリは実在メンバーの一致を求めることがあります。
- カスタム AI エンドポイントを設定した場合、あなたはそのサービスを利用する権限を有することを確認し、第三者サービスの費用、制限、コンテンツポリシー、プライバシー上の影響について責任を負います。
7. 会員、サブスクリプション、AI リクエスト枠、支払い
- 価格、通貨、トライアル、プロモーション、更新、キャンセル、返金は、購入時に App Store または Google Play が表示する情報に従います。
- iOS の購入は Apple App Store / StoreKit が処理します。Android の有料機能が有効化された場合、Google Play Billing が処理します。
- サブスクリプションは通常、該当ストアアカウントでキャンセルしない限り自動更新されます。アプリやアカウントを削除しても、サブスクリプションが自動的に解約されるとは限りません。
- Basic は通常、共有コラボレーションと複数端末同期に使われます。Plus AI はその上に内蔵 AI 高度機能を追加します。実際の権限はアプリ内の会員センターに表示されます。
- AI リクエスト枠、リセット時刻、消費ルール、制限は、会員プラン、不正利用対策、サービスコスト、モデル能力により変更されることがあります。現在のアプリ内ルールが旧文言に優先します。
- 返金、取消、請求紛争、購入失敗は該当ストアプラットフォームが処理します。適用法令で求められる場合を除き、当社は追加返金を約束しません。
8. 通知、オフライン利用、同期
通知は、承認、Agent 返信、共有帳簿状態、その他あなたが許可したリマインダーに使われます。通知はシステム設定、ネットワーク、プラットフォーム制限により遅延、消失、ブロックされることがあります。
オフライン時、アプリは最後のキャッシュ状態に基づいて一部内容の閲覧または提出を許可することがあります。再接続後、内容は再試行、承認、競合処理、またはバックエンドによる拒否が必要になることがあります。最終的な同期状態が優先します。
9. 許容される利用
- 違法、権利侵害、嫌がらせ、憎悪、詐欺、悪意あるコード、スパム、プラットフォームポリシー違反のコンテンツをアップロード、生成、共有してはいけません。
- 会員、承認、App Check、権限、レート制限、バックエンドアクセス制御を回避しようとしてはいけません。
- 当社サービス、第三者サービス、他ユーザーのデータに対して攻撃、スキャン、妨害、リバースエンジニアリング、スクレイピング、濫用を行ってはいけません。
- 招待の偽造、他者へのなりすまし、共有帳簿の悪意ある改ざん、共同編集者データの意図的な破壊をしてはいけません。
- 権限なく他者の機微情報、支払い証憑、身分証明資料、法的に特別保護されるデータを処理してはいけません。
当社が安全、法令、プラットフォーム審査、サービス上のリスクがあると判断した場合、関連コンテンツまたはアカウントを制限、一時停止、削除し、必要な証拠を保持することがあります。
10. 第三者サービスとリンク
本サービスは Apple、Google、Firebase、Cloudflare、アプリストア、AI サービス、その他第三者機能に依存します。第三者サービスの可用性、価格、ポリシー、プライバシー処理、コンテンツ規則は各提供者が管理します。
アプリまたはウェブサイトには、招待リンク、公開ページ、プライバシー/規約ページ、アカウント削除ページ、第三者ログイン/支払いページが含まれることがあります。それらの利用にも該当サービスの規約が適用されます。
11. アカウント削除、終了、データ処理
アプリまたは公開アカウント削除ページからアカウント削除を依頼できます。削除後、ログイン ID とアカウントに直接関連する有効なサービスデータはプライバシーポリシーに従って処理されます。共有帳簿、共同編集者キャッシュ、ログ、バックアップ、プラットフォーム取引記録は必要な期間残ることがあります。
本規約に違反した場合、または安全、法令、プラットフォーム審査、不正、濫用、技術上の理由により必要な場合、当社はあなたのアカウントまたは一部機能を制限、一時停止、終了することがあります。
12. 知的財産
CoolMeowLedger のアプリ、インターフェース、アイコン、コード、ブランド、文言、デザイン、サービス機能は、当社または関連権利者に帰属します。法律で認められる場合または当社が明示的に許可した場合を除き、コピー、配布、販売、貸与、リバースエンジニアリング、その他の濫用をしてはいけません。
あなたは自分の帳簿コンテンツに対する権利を保持しますが、サービス提供、同期、表示、バックアップ、認識、通知、問題調査に必要な範囲で当社がそれらを利用することを許可します。
13. 可用性と免責
本サービスは「現状有姿」および「利用可能な状態」で提供されます。当社は安定性と安全性に努めますが、エラーがないこと、中断しないこと、損失がないこと、完全に正確であること、特定目的に常に適合することを保証しません。
AI、画像認識、音声認識、自動カテゴリ、為替レート、集計、同期、通知、ストアサブスクリプション、第三者サービスが常に正確または利用可能であることを保証しません。重要なデータはバックアップし、重要な場面では手動確認してください。
14. 責任の制限
適用法令で許される最大限の範囲で、当社は本サービスの利用または利用不能、第三者サービス障害、ネットワーク問題、プラットフォーム規則、ユーザー操作ミス、共同編集者の行為、AI の誤り、同期競合から生じる間接的、偶発的、特別、懲罰的、結果的損害について責任を負いません。

1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, registering, signing in, subscribing to, accessing, or using CoolMeowLedger, you agree to these Terms of Service and the related Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
If you use shared books on behalf of a family, team, or other members, you must have the right to share the relevant content and understand that collaborators may see data you submit to shared books.
2. Service Description
CoolMeowLedger provides local books, shared books, bookkeeping records, notes, image attachments, categories, summaries, search, calendar totals, archiving, collaboration invitations, approval flows, subscription entitlements, AI Agent features, image recognition, speech input, push notifications, referral features, and account deletion.
Some features require network access, system permissions, a signed-in account, an active subscription, app-store purchase capability, Firebase, Cloudflare, Apple, Google, or a custom AI endpoint configured by you.
We may improve, adjust, suspend, or remove certain features over time. If a change materially affects paid entitlements or data handling, we will make reasonable efforts to explain it.
3. Account, Age, and Security
- You should provide accurate, usable sign-in information that belongs to you or that you are authorized to use.
- You are responsible for protecting your device, system account, Apple/Google account, email, password, and custom AI keys.
- You are responsible for bookkeeping, sharing, approvals, deletion, attachment uploads, AI requests, invitations, and subscription actions under your account.
- The service is not directed to children. Users under the applicable legal age should use it with guardian consent.
- If you notice abnormal account, shared-book, or subscription activity, contact the developer through in-app feedback or the store listing as soon as possible.
4. Book Content and User Responsibility
You retain your rights in content you enter, upload, or generate. To provide sync, display, backup, recognition, AI, notification, and collaboration features, you grant us permission to process, store, transmit, display, and transform that content as necessary.
You must ensure that text, images, attachments, and AI instructions you upload do not infringe others' rights and do not contain unlawful, malicious, fraudulent, harassing, infringing, spam, malicious-code, or unauthorized data.
CoolMeowLedger is a bookkeeping and collaboration tool, not an accounting, audit, tax, legal, investment, or financial adviser. Summaries, exchange rates, AI recognition, and automatic categories are for reference only and should be checked before reimbursement, taxes, settlement, or other formal use.
5. Shared Books and Collaboration Rules
- Shared-book owners can invite members, manage roles, configure approval policies, archive books, and manage bookkeeping data where permissions allow.
- Editors may add, edit, or delete their own bookkeeping content according to book settings. In approval-required mode, write actions require owner approval before they are shown or take effect.
- Viewers can only view shared-book content and cannot write, edit, delete, upload attachments, or submit bookkeeping changes.
- Specific editing rules for notes, images, attachments, and non-bookkeeping information follow the app's current implementation and in-app prompts.
- Shared-book members can see amounts, notes, attachments, members, AI results, and activity state in the same book. Do not place information in shared books that collaborators should not see.
- If the owner's membership expires, the account is deleted, the book is archived, a member is removed, the network is unavailable, or the backend fails, a shared book may become read-only, sync may be delayed, or the app may temporarily use cached offline state.
6. AI, Image Recognition, and Automation
- Plus AI or Agent features may generate suggestions or draft actions based on your instructions, book context, members, categories, transaction records, notes, and images.
- AI output may be wrong, incomplete, or may misunderstand your intent. You should review it before saving, approving, syncing, or using it externally.
- Image recognition processes relevant images only when you actively choose recognition. Results may require manual correction.
- In shared books, if an instruction refers to a member name, the app may require a real member match before continuing.
- If you configure a custom AI endpoint, you confirm that you are authorized to use it and are responsible for that provider's costs, quotas, content policy, and privacy consequences.
7. Membership, Subscriptions, AI Points, and Payment
- Prices, currency, trials, promotions, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the information shown by the App Store or Google Play at purchase time.
- iOS purchases are handled by Apple App Store / StoreKit. Android purchases, if paid features are enabled, will be handled by Google Play Billing.
- Subscriptions usually renew automatically unless you cancel through the relevant store account under that platform's rules. Deleting the app or account may not automatically cancel a subscription.
- Basic is generally used for shared collaboration and multi-device sync. Plus AI adds built-in advanced AI features. Actual entitlements are shown in the in-app membership center.
- AI request quota, reset time, usage rules, and limits may change based on membership plan, abuse prevention, service cost, or model capability. Current in-app rules take priority over older copy.
- Refunds, reversals, billing disputes, and purchase failures are handled by the relevant store platform. Unless required by applicable law, we do not promise additional refunds.
8. Notifications, Offline Use, and Sync
Notifications are used for collaboration approvals, Agent replies, shared-book status, or other reminders you allow. Notifications may be delayed, lost, or blocked by system settings, network conditions, or platform limitations.
While offline, the app may allow you to view or submit some content based on the last cached state. After reconnecting, content may require retry, approval, conflict handling, or may be rejected by the backend. The final synced state controls.
9. Acceptable Use
- You may not upload, generate, or share unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, fraudulent, malicious-code, spam, or platform-policy-violating content.
- You may not attempt to bypass membership, approvals, App Check, permissions, rate limits, or backend access controls.
- You may not attack, scan, interfere with, reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse our service, third-party services, or other users' data.
- You may not forge invitations, impersonate others, maliciously alter shared books, or intentionally damage collaborator data.
- You may not use the service to process another person's sensitive information, payment proof, identity material, or specially regulated data without authorization.
If we believe behavior creates security, legal, platform-review, or service risk, we may restrict, suspend, or remove related content or accounts and retain necessary evidence.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The service depends on Apple, Google, Firebase, Cloudflare, app stores, AI services, and other third-party capabilities. Availability, pricing, policies, privacy practices, and content rules of third-party services are controlled by those providers.
The app or website may include invitation links, public pages, privacy or terms pages, account deletion pages, or third-party sign-in or payment pages. Your use of those pages is also subject to the relevant provider's terms.
11. Account Deletion, Termination, and Data Handling
You can request account deletion in the app or on the public account deletion page. After deletion, sign-in identity and active service data directly associated with your account are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Shared books, collaborator caches, logs, backups, and platform transaction records may remain for a period where necessary.
If you violate these Terms, or if we must act for security, legal, platform review, fraud, abuse, or technical reasons, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account or certain features.
12. Intellectual Property
The CoolMeowLedger app, interface, icons, code, brand, copy, design, and service capabilities belong to us or the relevant rights holders. Unless allowed by law or expressly authorized by us, you may not copy, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse the service.
You retain your rights in your book content, but you authorize us to use that content as necessary to provide the service, sync, display, backup, recognize, notify, and troubleshoot.
13. Availability and Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We try to keep it stable and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, loss-free, fully accurate, or suitable for your specific purpose.
We do not guarantee that AI, image recognition, speech recognition, automatic categories, exchange rates, summaries, sync, notifications, store subscriptions, or third-party services will always be accurate or available. You should back up important data and manually verify critical use cases.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the service, third-party failures, network issues, platform rules, user mistakes, collaborator behavior, AI errors, or sync conflicts.
Some regions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. These Terms do not limit mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
15. Applicable Rules, Disputes, and Updates
These Terms will be interpreted and enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protection, privacy, and app-store rules in your location are not affected by these Terms.
We may update these Terms when service features, subscriptions, AI, third-party providers, laws, or platform-review requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
